Jerry's Gourmet: Experience Gourmet Delights in Englewood, NJ

We love Jerry's! Feels like an old school gourmet shop and the prepared foods are always on point! They give little cheese samples, so you can try before you buy. They have a huge selection of pastas, sauces, nuts, dried fruits, etc. you can't find in most places. Been going here for a long time and its definitely a local treasure.

Jerry's is our go to place most Fridays. After a long work week , we usually get prepared food for the evening. Some of our favorites are: the palm avocado salad, the grilled zucchini, grilled shrimp seafood salad and grilled octopus. There are many others but the list is to long. It's a one stop place. They have a great cheese selection. There wine selection is both varied and impressive. I like their charcuterie items and anchovy in vinaigrette. My daughter who lives in NYC says we are lucky to have such a great place nearby. The quality is always excellent and the staff are helpful. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

Kind of a catchall Mediterranean market. Italian goods, Greek? goods. Everything super reasonably priced. The only thing I found lacking was their bread selection. As well, I haven't been able to find hanging provolone cheese anymore. Not sure where theyve all gone to. Definitely a must visit place if you're trying to craft the perfect charcuterie board.

Totally unexpected local gem. I've lived in Englewood for years and driven past a million times and never even thought to stop. Someone recommended I visit and I'm hooked. Super fresh items and some niche items you'll never see anywhere else. Cave aged cheddar is awesome as is the chocolate covered ginger!

Great place with an awesome selection of homemade Italian food, meats, and cheeses. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a roast beef hero from the deli. The staff was very welcoming and handled everything with care.

The people working in the store on the floor are very friendly and helpful and a great selection of food and treats. I find their cheeses are really good and the salamis in the coolers as well. Haven't had much luck with the sliced meats. The cashiers, on the other hand, are rude and pushy. I feel like they are picked by who could be rudest. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm there, they are nasty, rude or mean to multiple customers.
